RETURN POLICY

Overview

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are only eligible for items that are unused and undamaged. The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to eyeevilshop@outlook.com detailing the reason for the return (within 5 days of receipt)

2. If the return is approved, Eyeevil Support will provide return address instructions

3. Package and return the unwanted item to the address provided by Eyeevil Support (you will be responsible for return shipping costs)

4. Eyeevil Support will issue your refund to the original payment method once the item has been received by the warehouse

Damages and Issues With Your Product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s). Any claims submitted beyond the  5-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges / Replacements

You have 5 days to request an exchange or replacement for unused/undamaged items.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund amount.
